What happens to your car when it comes to Sydney Smash Repairs

• Quotation: Whilst you wait in our air-conditioned office, enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee/tea and reading today's paper, an assessment of the damage to your vehicle will be done by one of our qualified staff. We enter these details on our quoting software package, one of the industry's highly respected software program - Quote Plus.
• Repairs: Once the repair has been authorised the car is booked in for commencement. The panel beaters prepare the car for repairs. We use state-of-the-art equipment including:
• Refinish: Our highly qualified spray painters refinish the car in our Saico spray booth. We use and recommend Glasurit Paint System to achieve a high quality finish.

Your Vehicle is in safe hands

Our trained technicians understand your car's complexities and know how to repair them correctly first time. They'll always useapproved parts and approved repair methods.

All repairs come with a comprehensive guarantee

Assessment dept.
Vehicles arriving without prior assessment are estimated and authorised in liaison with insurance company/bill payer.

Strip & Fit Dept.
The vehicle is brought in and stripped to confirm accuracy of estimate and begin the repair process through the workshop. Parts list is confirmed at this stage. Vehicles are fitted up after painting.

Parts Dept
The parts required are ordered and checked for accuracy on arrival.

Panelwork
If the vehicle needs panel-beating, welding or repairs to panels or chassis on a floor puller or jig. Panel alignment is checked at this stage.

Paint Preparation
The repaired or replacement panels are prepped and primed prior to final finish.

Painting
Spraying of final finish colour paintwork to vehicles and panels including custom finish.

Detailing/QC
Vehicles are cleaned inside and out and quality control checked before release.
